Passport requirement
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from arrival date

Recent passport photo
Data page of your passport (personal data and signature pages)
Intended address of Hotel / Cruise or residence while staying in The Bahamas
 Proposed Flight itinerary / travel dates
Copy of Children’s Birth Certificate to prove parental relations (if applying for a visa for a child)
Copies of previous BAHAMAS Visas if visited The Bahamas before (at least 3 are required for multiple entry consideration)

E-Visa holders must present the printed e-Visa and valid passport at the checkpoint.
Photograph specifications
Photograph should be no more than six (6) months old at the time of the application
Photograph should be 2Ă—2 inches at 600 dpi
Photograph should be in color with a plain white or an off-white background
No Selfies
Facial expression must be neutral, not smiling and mouth must be closed
Makeup should be neutral
Jewelry should be modest
Photograph must have a full face view; the applicant must be facing the camera directly
Hairline and ears must be visible
Covering of the head is prohibited unless for medical or religious purposes. A formal written request should be submitted and approved by the VISA Office. The request for approval should be sent via email: evisaoffice@bahamas.gov.bs
Applicant’s clothing should be in color with his/her shoulders covered
Applicant’s clothing must not bear any form of military or civil servant badges or ornaments.
Additional
Once you have paid for and submitted the application you can no longer resume the application or make changes.
Apply for your eVISA at least 2 weeks prior your departure to Bahamas.
If the information on approved eVISA does not fully match the information on your travel document, your eVisa will be considered invalid.
