Cancellation and refund policy
Effective Date: 1st March 2023
Cancellation Policy:
1.1. Customers who wish to cancel their visa application assistance service with VascoVisa must do so within 7 days of making the payment.
1.2. Cancellation requests made within the 7-day period will be eligible for a refund of 90% of the total amount paid, which is sum of the government visa fee and the service fee.
1.3. Cancellation requests made after the 7-day period will not be eligible for any refund. The entire amount, including the government visa fee and the service fee, will be non-refundable.
Refund Policy in Case of Visa Application Rejection:
2.1. The government visa fee is non-refundable, and hence, customers will not receive any refund for the government visa fee in case of visa application rejection.
2.2. However, customers will be eligible for a full refund of the service fee in case of visa application rejection.
Refund Processing:
3.1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to VascoVisa via email at refund@vascovisa.com
3.2. Refund requests should include the customer's name, contact details, order number, and the reason for the cancellation or rejection of the visa application.
3.3. Refunds will be processed within 7 from the date of receipt of the refund request.
3.4. The refund will be made in the same form of payment used by the customer during the initial transaction.
No-Show or Failure to Provide Necessary Documents:
4.1. VascoVisa is not responsible for any failure to secure a visa due to a customer's failure to provide necessary documents or comply with the visa application requirements.
4.2. In the case of a customer's no-show for scheduled appointments related to the visa application process, no refund will be provided.
Service Fee:
5.1. VascoVisa reserves the right to modify the service fee at any time. However, the service fee applicable to a specific application will be honored and communicated to the customer at the time of payment.
5.2 Customers can use Visa credit cards, debit cards, or other accepted Visa payment methods to make payments for the visa application assistance service.
5.3 VascoVisa ensures that all Visa transactions are processed securely and in compliance with industry-standard security measures.
5.4. Customers can also use the Stripe payment gateway to make payments for the concierge service.
Amendments to the Policy:
6.1. VascoVisa may update or amend this cancellation and refund policy from time to time. The updated policy will be effective from the date of publication on the VascoVisa website or any other official communication channels.
